THE DENTIST

A few words about me...

I was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete.
 
I studied at the Dental School  of the University of Athens,
where I graduated from in 1996, with the grade of Very Good.

After graduation I worked for six months as an
assistant in a private pedodontic center in Athens and as an
associate in the Clinic of the Physiology of the Stomatognathic System

at the Dental School of the University of Athens.

After that, I served in the military for 18 months as a dentist.

With the completion of my military duties, I practiced in London, England
as an associate in a private clinic for a year, while attending postgraduate seminars and
CE courses in various fields of Dentistry (endodontics, pedodontics, cosmetic dentistry, etc.).

Since November 1999 I practice in a private dental office in Heraklion, Crete,
at my current location, 2 Stratigou Pezanou St.

I am a member of the Stomatologic Society of Crete, having served in the Executive Board as

Member (2001-2004), Special Secretary (2004-2007), President (2007-2010) and Vice President (2010-2016).
I am also a member of the Dental Assoiation of Heraklion and the Hellenic Academy of Clinical Dentistry and have attended numerous congresses and  dental seminars in my professional carreer as I am a firm believer in the value of continuing dental education

I am married to Penelope Diamantakou and have three sons.
